The finish offers a pleasant bitterness of biscotti and mandarin zest. The refreshing salinity adds an extra dimension, allowing you to enjoy this refined wine even longer. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with 50% aged for 6 months in 500L lightly toasted French barrels.
