Tour and Tasting of 5 Can Gelat Wines

Experience a personalized wine tasting at Can Gelat and discover our 5 ecological and balanced wines right in the heart of our vineyard. Carefully cultivated at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca, we will guide you through the vineyard, explaining our winegrowing techniques as we walk. You start with our two whites: our local gem, the Giró Ros grape variety. A versatile wine with refreshing aromas of white stone fruit and a velvety complex mouthfeel. Pleasant acidity results in a fresh salty note and the appreciated slightly bitter in the aftertaste.

Next the International counterpart, Chardonnay. A wine filled with aromas of apricot, pear, herbs and almonds. With a pleasantly complex finish. Time to enjoy our gastronomic rosé, with flavors of red fruit, white flowers, spicyness, refreshing and a gastronomic tangerine-bitter finish. We finish with our two reds. The first our Callet, dominated by red fruit, cherries, velvety, inviting and spicy. The second, our Gran Vi a Rhône blend type with black fruit, juicy, rich and a wonderfully long pure finish. You spend around 1.5 to 2 hours in a wonderfulnnatural setting for €30,- per person with a minimum charge for 2 people.

We add to the above complementary tapas. To let you experience the perfect wine and food pairing. Enjoying the 5 wines with delicious tapas like a Gazpacho, which is paired with our gastronomic Rosé. A local cheese, drizzled with honey from our own ecological estate. Moving on to first red Callet, this will be paired with the local Fuet to deepen the wine. The finishing tapa is a tasty Iberico ham to pair our Gran Vi. All this spending 2 lovely hours in the middle of the vineyard for €49.95 per person with a minimum charge for 4 people.

Experience the most unique wine tasting on the island of Mallorca. After your personal tour through the Estate and vineyard, time to watch our Private Chef preparing and cooking your delicious Paella in the heart of our Ecological Vineyard. While enjoying your first wine, carefully cultivated at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, on which you have a perfect view on. The Paella and some extra trapas are the perfect pairing to the 5 ecological and balanced Can Gelat wines you will taste. This unforgettable experience will end with a sweet dessert. All this to enjoy a memorable experience which lasts 2 to 3 hours for €74.95 per person with a minimum charge for 6 people.
