Tour and Tasting of 5 Can Gelat Wines
Join us for a personalized wine tasting at Can Gelat and explore our five ecological wines in the heart of our vineyard. Nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, we’ll take you on a guided walk through the vines, sharing our winemaking philosophy along the way. Your tasting begins with our two whites: Giró Ros, a local gem with refreshing aromas of white stone fruit, a velvety, complex mouthfeel, and a hint of salinity balanced by a pleasant, slightly bitter finish. Then, our Chardonnay, an elegant wine with notes of apricot, pear, herbs, and almonds, leading into a beautifully layered finish. Next, our gastronomic Rosé, with flavours of red fruit, white flowers, and a touch of spice, finishing on a fresh, tangerine-bitter note.
We end with our two reds. First our Callet, smooth and inviting, dominated by juicy red fruit and cherries with a subtle spiciness. Finally, Gran Vi, a Rhône blend with black fruit, offering depth, juiciness, and a long, pure finish. Finally, indulge in Iberico ham, the perfect match for our bold Gran Vi.

Wine Tasting with Luxury Tapas
For a more refined experience, indulge in our Wine & Luxury Tapas Tasting, featuring an expanded selection of gourmet Spanish bites, each thoughtfully paired to highlight the depth and complexity of our wines. Paella Lunch & Wine Tasting
Experience one of Mallorca’s most unique wine tastings, combining the flavours of Can Gelat’s five ecological wines with a traditional live-cooked paella. Your visit begins with a guided tour through the estate and vineyard, followed by an intimate experience where our private chef prepares a delicious, freshly made paella right in front of you in between our vines.
