Gran Vi – Juicy and intensely tasty Red Blend 

Deep and intensely dark red, revealing the wine’s concentration and strength.

A complex and powerful bouquet with notes of black fruit such as blackberries, cassis, and cherries, complemented by spicy hints of white pepper and a subtle touch of bay leaf. Background aromas of leather and a refreshing note of mint add extra depth and refinement.

On the palate, the wine awakens the senses with a perfect balance between juiciness, ripe fruit, and refined spiciness. Flavors of black fruit, bay leaf, and white pepper harmonize beautifully with notes of leather and a slight hint of salinity. The silky texture is perfectly supported by firm, ripe tannins, offering both structure and elegance.

The finish is long and layered, with refined bitter notes of coffee that linger pleasantly and blend seamlessly with the fruity tones. A sophisticated and elegant conclusion that invites another sip.

• Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity freshness.  
• Aging: 12 months, divided into: 
  - Stainless steel tanks. 
  - New French oak barrels. 
  - French oak barrels (second-year).  

All barrels are 500 liters and lightly toasted, adding subtle complexity.

Best served slightly chilled at 18°C.
