In a few words: Provence pale pink, dry, fruity, well-structured rose with delicate aroma and longlasting taste.

Made from the blend of the native Callet and Syrah. Fermented and aged on stainless steel to keep the freshness, combining a delicate aroma and enjoying taste of red fruits, mediterranean herbs, minerality from our chalky soil and white flowers. Finishing with a cleaning palet of salinity and a slight mandarin bitter. Enjoy this well-balanced, fruity and structured rose during lunch, as aperitif or dinner.

• Served best: slightly chilled from 8°C to 10°C
• Alcoholpercentage: 12,5%
• Food pairing: As aperitif, or paired with salads, seafood, pizza, chicken and soft cheeses
