Can Gelat has a luxury one bedroomed Orchard Apartment, sleeping up to 4 with the use of a sofabed. It has original stone walls and all the modern conveniences. The apartment can be rented seperately as it can be used as a totally seperate unit from the main house.
The apartment is ideal for private contemplation and is a magnificent base for walkers to explore some of the best mountain countryside and exceptional coastline in Mallorca.
The Apartment has one double bedroom although there is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and microwave, a kettle, coffee machine and an electric frying pan.
The living room has an exposed stone floor with rugs for warmth and a traditional chimney canopy with open fireplace. The traditional oak front door leads out to the orchard which is across a quiet deia lane.
The enormous private orchard is made up of lemon and orange trees and is perfect for alfresco dining with a built-in BBQ and sink and an outdoor table with seating for 6. There are a number of loungers under the trees. The orchard is perfect for small children to run around in safety.
