NOTES : Both the House and the Orchard Apartment can be rented seperately as they can be used as completely independant units, each having its own entrance and outdoor space.

The House has 3 bedrooms plus a single sofa bed in the snug.  If you rent the house on its own then the pool and the gardens around the house are for the private use of the house.

The Orchard Apartment has 1 bedroom plus a single fold up bed in the lounge.  If you rent the apartment on its own then you have your own private access and the private use of the orchard with BBQ. If you rent the apartment on its own there is no access to the pool.

Please note that the House and the Apartment rent very well as two seperate units as they are both very private, both have completely seperate entrances and their own private patios/gardens.



Availability



Booking notes
The Prices quoted are per week in Euro.

All prices shown include bedding and towels.  

Cleaning occurs every 7 nights for longer stays.

Prices DO NOT include flights or car hire

Longer stays and last minute special offers are by negotiation

Half the total amount of your holiday is required as a deposit when you book with the remainder due at least two weeks prior to arrival.  Payment is preferred by either a cheque of via a bank transfer.

The changover day is SATURDAY in order to co-ordinate bookings.  We prefer guests to arrive at Can Gelat after 3pm and leave by 10am

Winter Lets
The house has oil fired central heating and both the apartment and the house have their own fireplaces. In winter your first lot of logs are included in the price.

Travel and Directions


Can Gelat is approximately three quarters of an hour from Palma airport. As the house is close to the amenities in Deia village car hire is not absolutely essential although you may be able to explore more of the area if you have access to a car. Car Hire is available at the airport, alternatively a taxi can be arranged to bring you to the house and car hire can be arranged in Soller on arrival.
